Save the Date Magnet

Picture
I created this save the date magnet in Adobe Photoshop, and placed the order through Vista Print.  I simply downloaded their template in order to make sure that I had the measurements correctly.  I combined elements from several magnets that I liked.  I decided to go with one simple picture, instead of multiple photos.  I discovered that I preferred the more clean, simple design rather than the photo collage magnets.

Save the Date Cards

I also designed this card on my own. I wanted something simple to coordinate with the magnets that the card would contain. It was also made in Photoshop and ordered through VistaPrint.  The outside will be glossy and in color, as seen here.  The inside, also custom designed and printed, will be in gray scale.  The envelopes will be simple white, and I will use a monogram stamp as the "seal" on the back.  Nothing too fancy for the save the date packaging.

Once again, I made the design of the inside of the card as well.  The fonts and flourishes match that on the magnet, and will be printed in gray scale.

INVITATIONS

Picture
I am quite proud of my invitations.  The basic floral stationary was a gift.  However, it was a simple, folded card with a raised, pale pink flower.  I knew that I wanted something more snazzy, but I had a feeling that the stationary could turn into something amazing.  I went to Michaels & JoAnne's, and I found a monogram stamp and linen card stock in my colors.  I also purchased pearl card stock in ivory for accents, as well as pink floral paper to make custom envelope liners.

I then just played with everything until I came up with something I liked.  I feel like the layering of card stock makes an elegant and professional looking invitation suite, and it conveys the style I was looking for!  The first mock up took a while to put together, but now that I know what I'm going for, it shouldn't be too hard to put together all of them.  I've decided to forgo pocket fold invitations.  Instead, the various pieces of the invitation are held together with a monogrammed belly band.

I'm biased, but I think that the end result is awesome, and thanks to the sale, I purchased everything but the envelopes and postage for $25!  The pictures below are a mock up I've done.  I've since altered the wording and fonts.
